New app powers enhanced engagement and member-centric experience for vision plans

Designed for vision payers and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), the new app pairs simplicity and functionality, enabling higher member engagement and improving access to health care and benefits information in a convenient, self-service format.

  • Member engagement through personalized push notifications, text messages and survey tools.
  • Simplified vision claims with convenient access to authorization information as well as EOBs.
  • Find-A-Provider feature helps members easily locate providers and search for in-network providers by location, zip code or other criteria.
  • Members can upload and submit receipts directly in the app for reimbursement on out of network claims.

In addition to the above features, the app presents information in easy-to-understand language with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. Face ID tech provides easy login and head of household registration allows one login to manage the entire family.
