SKYGEN SaaS Platform Adds Broker Portal

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., April 13, 2022 – SKYGEN, the leading provider of software as a service (SaaS) and third-party administration (TPA) solutions for dental and vision benefits management, has announced the launch of an online broker portal that features digital management tools to streamline administrative workflow and expedite payment processes.  

The broker portal is among the latest upgrades to SKYGEN’s Enterprise System, which provides SaaS benefits automation technology for commercial, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage payers across the specialty benefits industry.

“Brokers play a key role in helping educate and develop benefits strategies for clients,” said Jesse Filo, SKYGEN director of product development. “This new portal provides brokers easy access to on-demand resources to empower our brokers and help them better manage their client accounts.”

The portal provides brokers 24/7 access to a host of resources all in one convenient place, ranging from commission information, online forms and resources like enrollment tools, and plan summaries and payment notices.

The portal’s Broker Commission Module provides commission schedule flexibility, which enables brokers to get paid at different rates for different members, and also offers tiered commission schedules, which provide brokers with a percentage of premiums on a tiered basis. It also supports one-time payments with a waiting period.

“Providing brokers with real-time, accurate account information improves efficiency for both brokers and payers alike by reducing administrative costs associated with manual workflows like phone calls and emails,” Filo said.  

SKYGEN’S Enterprise System helps payers automate every aspect of benefits management, from utilization management, regulatory compliance and member and provider data management to claims intake, adjudication and provider reimbursement. Other platform upgrades include a new individual enrollment portal for consumers to purchase and enroll in a benefits plan.
